Talent Generalist Internship

• University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Human Resources or similar areas.
• Possibility of signing a collaboration agreement with a study center, an essential requirement to formalize the internship.
• Genuine interest in the areas of Talent, selection, training, development, and organizational culture.
• Good communication, organization, and attention to detail skills.
• Collaborative attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a demanding and high-impact professional environment.

• Previous practical experience, even if initial, in similar functions within Human Resources, selection, talent, or administrative management.
• Knowledge of digital tools linked to selection, databases, reporting, or people management.
• Familiarity with new ways of working supported by technology, automation, data analysis, or Artificial Intelligence applied to process improvement.
• English level that allows you to operate in an increasingly global environment.

At LALIGA, we are looking to hire a Generalist Talent and Culture Intern to reinforce our team within the People Management Department.

• Support the integral management of the Talent area.
• Participate in selection processes, from posting offers and recruitment to CV screening, telephone interviews, and online and in-person interviews, contributing to identifying talent aligned with LALIGA's needs.
• Collaborate in the drafting of reports and the updating of databases.
• Provide support in the administrative management of the area.
• Support the training and development area when necessary.
• Get to know and progressively participate in different phases of the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, incorporating a digital mindset and openness to the use of intelligent tools, automation, and applied AI to work more efficiently and strategically.
