💼 What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Within the program, you can join different areas depending on your profile and interests, taking part in real projects and adding value from day one:

📣 Marketing, Digital, and Communications

• You will collaborate on the planning and execution of events that connect with millions of fans.
• You will take part in communications campaigns, bringing creativity and innovative ideas.
• You will support the creation of content for different digital channels.
• You will manage social media and contribute to brand positioning.

🏢 Corporate Area

• You will be part of key processes such as supplier and client management.
• You will support accounting tasks and the analysis of financial information.
• You will collaborate on optimizing internal processes.

📊 Administration

• You will take part in contract monitoring and document management.
• You will keep key databases for the organization up to date.
• You will provide cross-functional support to the team in strategic administrative tasks.

⚖️ Legal

• You will collaborate on drafting and managing key contracts for the organization.
• You will support the legal team in advising different areas.
• You will take part in analyzing the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.

💻 Technology

• You will contribute to innovative technology projects.
• You will research new digital solutions and take part in their implementation.
• You will prepare reports and technical documentation.
• You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers on strategic projects.

🏟️ Sports Area

• You will take part in designing socio-educational programs.
• You will support inclusive sports and leisure initiatives.
• You will collaborate with coaches and professionals in the sports field.
• You will contribute to improving the experience and development of athletes. 

✅ What are we looking for in you?

Essential requirements

• 🎓 University degree or intermediate/advanced vocational training completed within the last 5 years.
• 📄 Possibility of signing an internship contract for 12 months.
• ♿ Disability certificate of 33% or higher.
• 🚫 Must not have previously held an internship contract with the same qualification.
• 🤝 Ability to work in a team and collaborate.
• 💪 Motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• 🧠 Organization, responsibility, and commitment to your tasks.

• 🌐 Interest in the sports, entertainment, or technology industry.
• 💡 Proactive attitude and focus on continuous improvement.

💼 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Dentro del programa, podrás integrarte en distintas áreas según tu perfil e intereses, participando en proyectos reales y aportando valor desde el primer día:

📣 Marketing, Digital y Comunicación

• Colaborarás en la planificación y ejecución de eventos que conectan con millones de aficionados.
• Participarás en campañas de comunicación, aportando creatividad e ideas innovadoras.
• Apoyarás en la generación de contenidos para distintos canales digitales.

• Colaborarás en la redacción y gestión de contratos clave para la organización.
• Apoyarás al equipo jurídico en asesoramiento a diferentes áreas.
• Participarás en el análisis de protección de derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial.

💻 Tecnología

• Contribuirás en proyectos tecnológicos innovadores.
• Investigarás nuevas soluciones digitales y participarás en su implementación.
• Elaborarás informes y documentación técnica.
• Colaborarás con equipos internos y proveedores en proyectos estratégicos.

🏟️ Área Deportiva

• Participarás en el diseño de programas socioeducativos.
• Apoyarás en iniciativas de deporte y ocio inclusivo.
• Colaborarás con entrenadores y profesionales del ámbito deportivo.
• Contribuirás a mejorar la experiencia y desarrollo de los deportistas. 

✅ ¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Requisitos imprescindibles

• 🎓 Formación universitaria o de grado medio/superior finalizada en los últimos 5 años.
• 📄 Posibilidad de formalizar un contrato en prácticas durante 12 meses.
• ♿ Certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
• 🚫 No haber realizado previamente contrato en prácticas con la misma titulación.
• 🤝 Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y colaboración.
• 💪 Motivación por aprender y desarrollarte profesionalmente.
• 🧠 Organización, responsabilidad e implicación en tus tareas.

Requisitos valorables

• 🌐 Interés por la industria del deporte, entretenimiento o tecnología.
• 💡 Actitud proactiva y orientación a la mejora continua.
• 🗣️ Habilidades de comunicación y adaptación a entornos dinámicos.
