Data Protection and AI Lawyer

At LALIGA we are looking to bring on board a Senior Lawyer specialized in Data Protection and Artificial Intelligence to contribute to the development of a solid governance model that keeps pace with the organization's technological evolution.

You will work alongside the Data Protection Officer and actively participate in defining and overseeing AI governance, ensuring regulatory compliance in an environment where innovation, data, and Artificial Intelligence are part of everyday life.

You will be responsible for advising the different areas on data protection and Artificial Intelligence, promoting a culture of compliance and contributing to the implementation of a governance model that drives innovation with the highest legal guarantees.

• Provide advice on data protection and the Artificial Intelligence Regulation.

• Support the Data Protection Officer and participate in AI governance.

• Draft reports and analyze regulations, case law, and regulatory criteria.

• Promote training and awareness initiatives on privacy and AI.

• Conduct audits and promote improvement and compliance measures.

• Manage the Record of Processing Activities and the inventory of AI systems.

• Participate in risk analyses, impact assessments, and third-party reviews.

• Contribute to continuous improvement through specialized tools and more efficient processes.

• Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Law and specialized training in Data Protection.

• More than 10 years of experience in similar positions, preferably at Big Four firms, large law firms, or IBEX companies.

• Data Protection certifications (AEPD, CIPP/E, or equivalent).

• Solid knowledge of the GDPR, AI Regulation, risk analysis, and impact assessments.

• Experience with OneTrust.

• English at C1 level.

• Specific training or certifications in the Artificial Intelligence Regulation.

• Experience in AI governance projects and in the use of tools that drive efficiency and the automation of compliance processes.

En LALIGA buscamos incorporar un/a Abogado/a Senior especializado/a en Protección de Datos e Inteligencia Artificial para contribuir al desarrollo de un modelo de gobernanza sólido que acompañe la evolución tecnológica de la organización.

Trabajarás junto al Delegado de Protección de Datos y participarás activamente en la definición y supervisión del gobierno de la IA, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo en un entorno donde la innovación, los datos y la Inteligencia Artificial forman parte del día a día.

Serás responsable de asesorar a las distintas áreas en materia de protección de datos e Inteligencia Artificial, promoviendo una cultura de cumplimiento y contribuyendo a la implantación de un modelo de gobierno que impulse la innovación con las máximas garantías jurídicas.

• Asesorar en materia de protección de datos y Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial.

• Apoyar al Delegado de Protección de Datos y participar en el gobierno de la IA.

• Elaborar informes y analizar normativa, jurisprudencia y criterios regulatorios.

• Impulsar acciones de formación y concienciación en privacidad e IA.

• Realizar auditorías y promover medidas de mejora y cumplimiento.

• Gestionar el Registro de Actividades de Tratamiento y el inventario de sistemas de IA.

• Participar en análisis de riesgos, evaluaciones de impacto y revisiones de terceros.

• Contribuir a la mejora continua mediante herramientas especializadas y procesos más eficientes.

• Grado o Licenciatura en Derecho y formación especializada en Protección de Datos.

• Más de 10 años de experiencia en posiciones similares, preferiblemente en Big Four, grandes despachos o empresas del IBEX.

• Certificaciones en Protección de Datos (AEPD, CIPP/E o equivalentes).

• Sólidos conocimientos del RGPD, Reglamento de IA, análisis de riesgos y evaluaciones de impacto.

• Experiencia con OneTrust.

• Inglés nivel C1.

• Formación o certificaciones específicas en Reglamento de Inteligencia Artificial.

• Experiencia en proyectos de gobernanza de IA y en el uso de herramientas que impulsen la eficiencia y la automatización de procesos de cumplimiento.
