Technological Consulting Manager for Clubs

We are looking for a person with strategic vision, solid technical capacity, and a passion for leading transformation projects.

• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, IT delivery, or functional/technical architecture.

• At least 3 years leading complex technological projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Experience designing end-to-end solutions, including applications, integrations, data, and functional architecture.

• Knowledge of IT governance, demand management, prioritization, delivery, operations, and vendor management.

• Experience coordinating business areas, technological teams, providers, and end users.

• Ability to structure multi-project or multi-client initiatives with a focus on standardization and scalability.

• Knowledge and sensitivity toward emerging technologies, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence and its application to business.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills before executive profiles.

• Ability to influence, generate trust, and build relationships with different interlocutors.

• Analytical, organized, and quality-oriented profile.

As Technology Consulting Manager for Clubs, you will be the person in charge of defining and leading the technological strategy of this vertical, helping clubs face their digital transformation challenges through sustainable, scalable solutions aligned with LALIGA standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead technological projects from analysis to the implementation and evolution of solutions.

• Define the technological strategy of the vertical, establishing priorities, methodologies, and lines of action that generate value for the clubs.

• Transform business needs into viable, scalable, and results-oriented technological solutions.

• Define and manage the technological roadmap, ensuring its alignment with strategic objectives.

• Guarantee the technical consistency of solutions regarding architecture, cybersecurity, integrations, support, and corporate standards.

• Coordinate the relationship with technological partners such as Sportian, Microsoft, and other strategic providers, ensuring the quality of deliverables and the fulfillment of objectives.

• Design reusable models that allow for the offering of common solutions to different clubs, favoring standardization and efficiency.

• Prepare high-level functional and technical documentation, including business requirements, solution architectures, implementation plans, and risk analyses.

• Participate in monitoring and prioritization committees alongside business areas and other key stakeholders.

• Lead strategic consulting projects, performing diagnostics, identifying opportunities, and defining action plans.

• Accompany clubs in their digital transformation processes, adapting solutions to their context and level of maturity.

• Convert complex analyses into clear recommendations and high-impact executive presentations.

• Favor collaboration between the different verticals of the Club Office to offer a comprehensive response.

• Identify emerging trends in technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation with potential application to the club ecosystem.

• Act as a technical reference and mentor for the team, promoting methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
