The role

At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. We’re not just creating cookware; we’re creating moments that last a lifetime. If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story.

This role leads the brand’s social media, content, influencer, and advocacy strategy, driving brand awareness, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement across all digital platforms. As a key member of the Marketing Brand team, the successful candidate will develop and execute social-first campaigns, creator partnerships, and always-on content initiatives that strengthen the brand’s premium positioning, grow its digital presence, and deliver measurable business impact.

Working at the intersection of brand, media, and culture, the role combines strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven insights to create compelling content and experiences that resonate with target audiences. The position collaborates closely with agencies, influencers, and internal stakeholders to drive earned visibility, foster authentic consumer advocacy, and build engaged communities through high-quality content, influencer marketing, and user-generated content programs.

What you'll do

  • Social, Content Strategy & Execution

    • Lead the brand's influencer, creator, and advocacy strategy, building a content ecosystem that drives brand awareness, engagement, and business objectives.

    • Oversee the end-to-end development, production, amplification, and optimization of social content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance goals.

    • Develop and manage creator partnerships, identifying relevant influencers and emerging talent while maintaining strong agency and stakeholder collaboration.

    • Create and execute social-first creative concepts and premium content, including creator-led campaigns, brand activations, events, and video assets.

    • Own the social content calendar, copywriting, publishing, and channel management, delivering a consistent stream of engaging, always-on content.

    • Drive community-generated content initiatives, leveraging brand advocates and user-generated content to strengthen authenticity and engagement.

    • Monitor cultural, social, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand collaborations, partnerships, and content innovation.

    Community Management

    • Develop and execute a community engagement strategy, managing audience interactions, conversations, and outbound engagement to build loyalty, strengthen advocacy, and generate actionable consumer insights.

    Events, Performance & Analytics

    • Coordinate influencer, partner, and brand events and activations that support marketing objectives and content creation opportunities.

    • Drive social media and advocacy growth through organic and paid strategies, tracking performance against KPIs, managing analytics tools and databases, and translating insights into continuous optimization.
