To participate in the Leader Clinics selection process, the following criteria must be met:

• University degree: Bachelor's or Degree in Medicine.
• Specialty: Gynecology and Obstetrics, obtained through MIR training or with official recognition in Spain. We will also value candidates with specialty recognition in progress, in accordance with applicable conditions.
• Professional registration: Meet the registration requirements necessary to practice.
• Legal status: Have the necessary authorization to work in Spain. The PAC visa will be valued, where applicable.
• Availability: Immediate start.

The possibility of performing clinical functions will be subject to the corresponding degree, authorizations, and professional qualification in each case.

• Location: Ibiza, Balearic Islands.
• Workplace: Private hospital.
• Contract type: Employment contract.
• Schedule: Full time.
• Gross annual salary: Between €75,000 and €90,000 for specialists with MIR training or official recognition of the specialty.
• Remuneration during the recognition process: €65,000 gross per year for activity limited to consultations, according to the terms of the offer.
• Additional shifts: Possibility of performing paid extra shifts to increase income.
• Start Date: Immediate.

Leader Clinics is looking for a Specialist Doctor in Gynecology and Obstetrics to join a private hospital in Ibiza, Balearic Islands.

We are looking for a medical professional with specialized training in Gynecology and Obstetrics, oriented towards comprehensive women's healthcare, and with availability to carry out clinical activities in outpatient consultations, hospitalization, operating rooms, and on-call shifts.

The selected specialist will carry out their medical activity in the area of Gynecology and Obstetrics, participating in the clinical care of patients across different areas of the hospital.

• Outpatient consultations: Gynecological assessment, clinical follow-up, and specialized care for patients.
• Hospitalization: Medical follow-up and care for patients admitted to the service.
• Surgical activity: Participation in procedures and interventions within their scope of specialization and competence.
• Medical on-call: Healthcare coverage according to the hospital's organization and agreed conditions.
