• Retirement incentive: Annual contribution equivalent to 1.9% of the base salary.

Leader Clinics is looking for a Specialist Physician in Orthopedics and Traumatology to join a private healthcare center in Bilbao.

We are looking for a medical professional with specialized training in Orthopedics and Traumatology, an interest in surgical activity, and experience in the comprehensive care of orthopedic patients, both in outpatient clinics and during hospitalization.

The selected specialist will carry out their activity within the Orthopedics and Traumatology service, participating in the medical and surgical care of patients.

• Surgical activity: Performing orthopedic interventions in accordance with their specialization and the center's care needs.
• Outpatient clinics: Evaluation, diagnosis, and follow-up of patients with pathologies and injuries of the musculoskeletal system.
• Hospital care: Medical rounds for patients admitted to the ward, assessment of their evolution, and treatment follow-up.
• Discharge management: Clinical evaluation and planning of hospital discharge when appropriate.
• On-call duties: Participation in care coverage according to the service organization.
• Teamwork: Coordination with other healthcare professionals to guarantee comprehensive and high-quality care.
