In the Professional Clients Department, we provide a service adapted to the Professional Client (construction, renovation, and works professionals...), integrating their needs globally.

As a Commercial Support Professional Advisor, your mission will be to manage and provide commercial support for our Professional Customers, thus contributing to excellent service and the achievement of the Department's commercial objectives. Your duties will include, among others:

• Proactive contact, follow-up, and commercial activation of Customers, promoting all our benefits and services among them, identifying sales needs and opportunities, both in-store, by phone, and through the different channels.

• Support and assist the PRO Department in managing commercial processes, such as client onboarding, monitoring budgets and orders, anticipating and resolving potential issues in the sales process, managing services (financing, transportation, etc.), and more.

• Collaborating with the Professional Department team, as well as with the store team, energizing all these processes.

We would like you to bring at least 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, related to direct customer sales, commercial management, and administration.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and teamwork skills, highly results-oriented, organized, dynamic, and highly motivated to learn and grow alongside our commercial team.

Knowledge of the Professional Customer and solutions related to renovation, construction, and products will be highly valued.
