What you'll do

The Client Projects Advisor for our Stores will be responsible for providing complete advisory services and accompanying residents in turnkey projects for Leroy Merlin, managing the entire sales process, from when their need arises until the project is completed, with the aim of achieving overall customer satisfaction, as well as building loyalty by reinforcing the corporate brand image.

Its main functions and areas of influence will be the following:

Advise and accompany the resident/customer in their project, with or without installation, preparing the initial design proposal as well as the final one after on-site measurements.
