What will your mission be?

Lead the sales team to help them bring out the best in themselves, and ensure your department delivers the best results for the store's sales figures, aligned with the company strategy and guaranteeing the best customer experience.

1. Lead your team to achieve the best results. You will be the person who develops the talent of each member of your team, valuing and enhancing the contribution of each one of them, establishing effective development and succession plans.

2. Drive the Company's Global Strategy to achieve maximum results. You will learn about and implement the commercial strategy for each section (which we call "Mercado" at Leroy Merlin), ensuring it is aligned with our company model and adapted to local needs.

3. Foster Business Growth. You will lead your commercial team, working hand-in-hand with the other sections and teams in your department (which we call "Mundos" at Leroy Merlin), to increase sales across all channels, implementing the collections and strategies defined by the company, always supported by your manager. This involves everything from efficient stock management to executing action plans and ensuring product availability.

4. Prioritize Customer Satisfaction:
You will be responsible for ensuring the best possible experience for our customers, through comprehensive solutions, so that they remain loyal and choose to return.

- Previous experience in managing commercial teams and sales in an omnichannel environment, so that from day one your team feels part of the purpose and the results, helping you bring out the best in each individual.

- Knowledge of the local market and the specific characteristics of the area where you will be working, enabling you to make valuable and effective decisions.
