The role
At Logicalis Spain we are looking for a Front Office Service Desk Operator to work in one of our teams in Barcelona.
Requirements
System monitoring
Ability to work following procedures
Execution of periodic tasks
Knowledge of Linux and Unix usage will be highly valued
Knowledge of "ticketing" Incident Management tools
Basic Networking knowledge is desirable
Friendly and polite manner
