Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience working with Python and backend development.
Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture, event-driven architecture, DDD, and MCP.
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for the development of agents, tools, workflows, and state management.
Experience in the design, development, and evolution of agents, orchestrators, and multi-agent solutions for integration with LLMs.
Ability to combine generative AI with deterministic logic, rules, and workflows.
Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and deployments in cloud environments.
Experience working with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Analytical capacity, autonomy, and orientation toward problem-solving.
Proactive attitude, capacity for learning, and adaptation to new technologies.

The role

At Logicalis Spain, we are looking to hire a Python Developer specialized in Artificial Intelligence to join a team responsible for the design, development, and integration of AI agents and multi-agent systems into services, APIs, and corporate platforms for one of our main clients in Spain.

What you'll do

Participate in the design, development, and evolution of Artificial Intelligence agents and multi-agent systems.
Integrate agents and multi-agent solutions into services, APIs, and corporate platforms.
Design and implement orchestration and integration solutions for LLMs, defining the logic, instructions, and execution flows of the agents.
Develop solutions that combine generative AI, deterministic logic, business rules, and workflows.
Participate in the continuous evolution and improvement of the implemented solutions.

How you'll work

Stable position in long-term projects.
Salary range: 28 - 35k.
Salary paid in 14 installments.
Schedule 08:00/09:00 - 17:30/18:30
Intensive working day on Fridays and during the months of July and August.
Currently, no on-call shifts or interventions outside of regular hours are contemplated, although availability for possible future needs is required.
