PAM Security Technician (CyberArk)

At Logicalis Spain we are looking for a PAM Security Technician (CyberArk) to join a managed security service for a strategic client in the financial sector.

• Operating system patching, group policy and AD management, Windows firewall rule management.

• Administration of the CyberArk PAM platform.

• Management of onboarding, offboarding, and modifications of privileged accounts.

• Creation and maintenance of Safes.

• Review of accounts, permissions, and access.

• Support for incidents related to connection, rotation, and access to privileged credentials.

• Monitoring of corrective tasks and service requests.

• Review of rotation errors, verification, and reconciliation of credentials.

• Technical documentation of actions performed.

• Escalation of complex incidents to higher-level profiles.

• Collaboration with network and operations teams for continuous service improvement.

• Participation in the daily operations of the PAM environment and support for internal users.
  
  Minimum Requirements:

• Technical training in systems, networks, or security.

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration.

• General knowledge of Active Directory.

• Interest in PAM solutions and privileged access management.

• Analytical, organizational, and service-oriented skills.

• Ability to work in a team and commitment to continuous learning.

• Experience in technical support or administration of security platforms.

• Technical documentation and operational monitoring skills.
  
  Valuable:

• Previous experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.

• Previous experience in Windows and Linux systems administration.

• Knowledge of CyberArk components: PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, and Safes.

• Experience in managed cybersecurity services.

• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation.

• Certifications or official training in CyberArk.

• Experience in identity and privileged access management.

• Knowledge of operational security processes.
