- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners, assertive, yet highly collaborative.
- Ownership mindset and a structured, pragmatic approach to ambiguity, pressure and competing priorities.

At Lonza Porriño, we are looking for an Associate Director PMI (f/m/d) to join our team and play a key role in driving post-merger integration and carve-out activities across people, technology, processes and governance.
In this global role, you will work across complex integration and carve-out projects, partnering with senior stakeholders and external partners from due diligence and planning through execution of fullintegration/carve-outlifecycle
What you'll do
- Develop and implement Lonza's integration and carveout capabilities across people, technology, processes and governance.
- Drive and be part of the integration and carve-out projects from setup and planning through execution (due diligence, Sign-to-Close, and post-close)
- Support negotiations (e.g. SPAs, APAs, TSAs and ancillary. agreements), working with various external and internal stakeholders
- Give senior management clear recommendations and secure buy-in on integration and carve-out matters.
