As a Porter, you will be a key part of the guest experience. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring a flawless welcome and farewell, as well as making every guest's stay easier. Your main tasks will include:

Greeting and welcoming all guests as they arrive at the hotel in a courteous and professional manner.

Managing, transporting, and delivering guests' luggage to their rooms quickly and carefully.

Assisting guests with luggage collection and transfer upon check-out or when changing rooms.

Providing valet parking service upon arrival and departure, handling guests' vehicles with the utmost care and safety.

Providing useful information about the hotel's facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the city of San Sebastián.

Running errands, both internal and external, as requested by the Reception team or Hotel Management.

Maintaining order and cleanliness in the main entrance, lobby, and vehicle access areas.

Collaborating closely with the Reception and Concierge teams to ensure perfect coordination in guest service.

Como Mozo o Moza de equipajes, serás una pieza clave en la experiencia del huésped. Tus responsabilidades se centrarán en garantizar una bienvenida y despedida impecables, así como en facilitar la estancia de todos los clientes. Las principales tareas incluyen:

Recibir y dar la bienvenida a todos los huéspedes que llegan al hotel de manera cordial y profesional.

Gestionar, transportar y entregar el equipaje de los huéspedes a sus habitaciones con rapidez y cuidado.

Asistir a los huéspedes en la recogida y el traslado del equipaje al realizar el check-out o al cambiar de habitación.

Ofrecer servicio de aparcacoches (Valet Parking) a la llegada y salida, manejando los vehículos de los huéspedes con total diligencia y seguridad.

Proporcionar información útil sobre las instalaciones y servicios del hotel, así como puntos de interés de la ciudad de San Sebastián.

Realizar recados internos y externos solicitados por el equipo de Recepción o la Dirección del hotel.

Mantener el orden y la pulcritud en las áreas de la entrada principal, el vestíbulo y el acceso de vehículos.

Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de Recepción y Conserjería para asegurar una coordinación perfecta en la atención al cliente.
