✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products (e-commerce or B2C environments). Experience in gaming sector products will be highly valued.

✔️ Demonstrable experience leading the full product cycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and measurement.

✔️ Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, RICE,...).

✔️ Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar) and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

✔️ Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and conversion funnel optimization.

✔️ Communication and stakeholder management skills at a management level.

✔️ High level of English (C1, C2).

✔️ Technical knowledge to facilitate dialogue with technology (APIs, web/mobile architectures).

✔️ Degree in business, engineering, or related fields; MBA or specialized product courses.

At Luckia, we are building the technology that will drive our business in the coming years, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of one of our digital products from A Coruña. 🧡

Your mission will be to identify our customers' needs and lead the development of the most suitable solutions. To achieve this, you will join a multidisciplinary team (design, technology, data, marketing, operations) with real autonomy over your product roadmap and a direct impact on the end customer experience.

This is a key position, reporting to the Product Director and with the ability to influence Luckia's digital strategy.

We are looking for someone capable of listening to the end customer and their stakeholders, making decisions, and helping the team build the demanded product.

🔹Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of your product, aligned with business objectives.

🔹Prioritize the backlog based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

🔹Direct product discovery through qualitative and quantitative techniques with users, product analytics, benchmarking, and hypothesis validation.

🔹Lead a multidisciplinary team (engineering, UX/UI, QA, Data) during product development.

🔹Use generative AI and agents to accelerate the definition, validation, and prototyping phases.

🔹Define success metrics for the product and monitor them, implementing corrective actions and product improvements in search of continuous improvement.

🔹Coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, customer service, and other product verticals to ensure success during launch and throughout the product lifecycle.

🔹Lead with a product culture based on evidence, analytics, experimentation, and customer focus, implementing a continuous improvement framework.
