Requirements

What we're looking for

Availability for a hybrid model: 1-2 days/week working from the office in A Coruña.
5 years of experience in technical roles with direct exposure to product.
Demonstrable experience in digital product definition and evolution, not just technical execution.
Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams (tech, product, business)
Ability to design end-to-end solutions: from business requirements to technical design and delivery.
Practical knowledge of scalable architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud-native, etc.).
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Ability to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
Experience in: Prioritization of initiatives, Management of dependencies between teams, decision-making based on impact and value.
Practical familiarity with AI tools applied to development and product.

Permanent contract
Flexible hours ⏰: flexible schedule with entry at 8:30 AM and exit at 6:00 PM, with intensive working hours on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and intensive working hours in summer (July and August) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
