What we're looking for

Extensive project management of major capital works.
Proven track record managing €multi-million construction projects through full lifecycle (Stage 1-6).
Strong knowledge of Spanish regulations and permitting.
Fluent Spanish and English, with leadership gravitas.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Client Lead to act as the single point of accountability for the successful delivery of major a data centre project in Spain. You will provide end-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handover and close-out.

What you'll do

Represent client interests, lead consultant and contractor teams.
Define success factors, drive planning and delivery.
Own risk register and change control processes.
Manage programme schedule, costs, and procurement strategy.
Oversee design compliance and technical quality.
Ensure governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
Secure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
Deliver handover, close-out, and client satisfaction.
