Event Management Internship

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Protocol/Events. Vocational training (Higher Degree) is also valued.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English level (B2).
• Proficient in Excel / basic analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

At Mahle SmartBike Systems, we are looking for students to support the Sales department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in administrative processes, data management, and the use of business tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office. We are looking for a motivated candidate with a strong team-oriented mindset.

• 1. Coordination of locations and logistics

  • Management with travel agency for selection and booking of training venues.
  • Monitoring of availability, costs, and suitability of spaces.
  • Coordination of basic associated logistical aspects.

  2. Creation and management of events.

  • Creation and configuration of events on ticketing platform (by country/city/format).
  • Content management (texts, agendas, FAQs, etc.).
  • Monitoring of publications and quality control of events.

  3. Monitoring of sales and occupancy.

  • Monitoring of ticket sales and occupancy levels.
  • Preparation of periodic reports.
  • Identification of trends and potential improvement opportunities.

  4. Reporting and analysis.

  • Consolidation of data from different events and markets.
  • Support in analyzing program performance.
  • Support in operational decision-making.

  5. Administrative support and invoicing.

  • Support in the invoicing process associated with events.
  • Coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Monitoring of administrative documentation.
