Job description

We are looking for a Fishmonger Assistant - 36h (afternoon shift) to join our team at Makro Palma de Mallorca. Below, we tell you all the details of the role:

Your mission; you will assist customers, sell and maintain the section in optimal condition in order to support the achievement of the objectives established for the center.

What you'll do

  • Serve and advise customers to ensure their satisfaction and boost sales.
  • You will recommend fishmonger products to optimize rotation between sections.
  • You will fulfill commercial objectives, driving sales growth.
  • Manage products and in-store presentation, ensuring proper supply and maintenance of the point of sale.
  • Oversee department operations, monitoring shrinkage, inventory, and critical quality points.

How you'll work

Please note that it is a 36-hour weekly working day, in a fixed afternoon shift, from Monday to Saturday, from 15:20 to 21:20 h.

At an organizational level

  • You will report to the Commercial Manager and the Sales and Operations Manager.
  • You will not have a team under your supervision.
