Junior Process Engineer

Main duties

• Prepare, update, and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, flowcharts, process PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing standards, and department-specific documentation.
• Establish and analyze machine and process cycles using methods and times techniques, monitoring deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Identify improvement opportunities in production processes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and problem-solving.
• Manage requests for quotes, purchases, and deadlines related to production auxiliary tools and poka-yokes, subsequently performing follow-up.
• Validate auxiliary tools, poka-yokes, and manufacturing molds.
• Participate in analysis and resolution groups for the causes of internal non-conformities, defining and implementing improvement actions.
• Develop and implement new processes and modifications to production processes.
• Monitor plant productivity and propose actions for its improvement.
• Standardize processes and contribute to compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate in the improvement of layouts and the optimization of production flow.

Education:

• At least 1 year of experience performing similar functions in a technical department

Technical knowledge:

Experience in industrial and production environments will be valued.
Languages:
