What we're looking for
A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification), with more than 15 years of experience in structural engineering.
Extensive experience in steel, concrete, composite, and timber structures, working on one-of-a-kind projects and with team management responsibilities.
C1-level English, essential for international projects (previous experience abroad is valued).
Communication, leadership, and synthesis skills. We are looking for people who help their teams grow.
An interest in digitalization and innovation: parametric design (Grasshopper, Dynamo) and/or programming (Python, C++, etc.) will set you apart.
Nice to have
Experience with international codes and standards (American or other non-European standards) is valued.
Experience in detailed design and on-site technical support is a strong plus.
