We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Mango Man Marbella La Cañada Shopping Center store.

Manage the daily operation of a store, including accounting / budgeting, hiring, discipline and employee scheduling, inventory, sales promotion and maintaining store appearance | Generally, implement marketing, financial administration, sales staff supervision and general store-level administration under the direction of the region and / or district store management | Provide instructions for co-management of the store and department management | Ensure the execution of all organizational policies at the store level to achieve projected store sales and profit objectives | Advise and direct department management to resolve operational issues and improve department performance and conditions | Reports directly to the SM

• Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.

• Supervise inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.

• Implement commercialization and financial administration under the direction of the region and/or district store administration.

• Provide instructions for the co-management of the store and department management, ensuring the execution of all organizational policies.

• Advise and direct the management of the department to resolve operational problems and improve the performance and conditions of the department
