• Academic background: Currently studying or having recently completed studies in Journalism, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
• Digital passion: Demonstrating a genuine interest in social media, digital communication, and emerging trends in the online ecosystem.
• Knowledge of the fashion sector: Staying up to date on the latest trends in the fashion industry to guarantee relevant and high-quality content.
• Organizational capacity: Ability to structure content calendars, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet established deadlines.
• Linguistic competencies: High level of English (essential). Proficiency in additional languages will be positively valued.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in recording and editing vertical format content (Reels, Stories, TikTok) with fluency and creativity.
• Communicative excellence: Impeccable writing, with advanced mastery of grammar and spelling, and the ability to adapt the tone to different audiences and platforms.
• Office tools: Advanced handling of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for the creation of reports, analysis of metrics, and professional presentations.
• Editing software: Proficiency in video editing programs such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools for audiovisual content production.
• Linguistic competencies: High level of English (mandatory). Knowledge of additional languages will be positively valued.

YOUR NEW TEAM:

We are looking for a Social Media Content Intern to carry out an internship in our Content (Communication) department.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your goal will be to support the team in the development of high-quality audiovisual and editorial content for our social media channels.

You will be able to inspire our audience, connect with their needs and the current context, while faithfully reflecting our brand values. You will be part of autonomous and multidisciplinary teams where you will collaborate in the conceptualization, development, and analysis of integrated communication actions, accompanying each project from its ideation to its publication and measurement of results.

• Writing creative and editorial copy adapted to the digital environment, maintaining coherence with the brand style and guaranteeing consistency of the tone of voice in all communications.
• Development of innovative and engaging content formats, capable of responding to different commercial and strategic objectives.
• Cross-platform adaptation of content to optimize its performance on each platform and channel.

Audiovisual production

• Conceptualization and scripting of short-format videos oriented towards social media.
• Recording and editing of creative audiovisual pieces, incorporating transitions, visual hooks, and narrative elements that capture, surprise, and entertain the audience.
• Strategic selection of music and sound resources that enhance the impact of the content.
• Continuous monitoring of digital trends and online culture to keep content relevant and up to date.
• Narrative sensitivity to identify and adapt to new formats and emerging communicative codes.
• Active social listening: detection of trends, opportunities, and relevant conversations in which to participate strategically.
• Carrying out comparative analyses of the fashion sector and communication trends in related industries.
• Participation in the preparation of creative briefs and in the corresponding feedback rounds with the team.
• Coordination with the Translations team to ensure the correct adaptation of messages to the 21 languages of the website, respecting cultural and linguistic nuances.

*IT IS ESSENTIAL TO BE ABLE TO SIGN A FULL-TIME UNIVERSITY INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT FOR 6 MONTHS.
