The role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our MANGO HOME store located in the Gran Plaza CC in Majadahonda.

What you'll do

Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
Implement commercialization, financial administration, and supervision of the sales staff.
Ensure the execution of all organizational policies at the store level to achieve projected sales and profit objectives.
Provide instructions for the co-management of the store and the management of departments.
Advise and direct department management to resolve operational problems and improve department performance and conditions.
