Your objective will be the responsibility and management of a very high digital marketing budget, control, monitoring, optimization, and billing for the area, leading optimal media-mix strategies and the correct visualization and attribution of results.

• You will prepare the department's annual Budget.

• Generation of result estimates based on agreed investments.

• You will periodically analyze and monitor the results of the investment allocated to the different paid channels.

• You will share results with the different teams in the area and analyze them in order to provide improvement proposals and solutions that optimize the budget of the department and company to achieve the set objectives.

• Focus and analysis of results across different countries, lines, media, and different business categories.

• You will perform reviews and feedback of sales forecasts to help optimize and grow the online business at an international level.

• You will be in constant contact and relationship with the other Performance Marketing and SEO, Finance, Communication, and Digital Business Analytics departments, with which you will generate synergies.

We are looking for a Finance Performance Marketing Expert for the Online & Ecommerce area, within our Performance Marketing & SEO GEO team.

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Digital Marketing.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial digital marketing expert.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English.

• That you are a responsible, organized, critical, analytical, and dynamic person, oriented towards results, who enjoys teamwork and has a strong desire to learn.
