Finance Performance Marketing, Expert

We are looking for a Finance Performance Marketing Expert for the Online & Ecommerce area, within our Performance Marketing & SEO GEO team.

YOUR NEW POSITION

Your goal will be the responsibility and management of a very high digital marketing budget, control, monitoring, optimization and billing of the area, leading optimal media-mix strategies and the correct visualization and attribution of results.

• You will prepare the department's annual budget.

• Generating result estimates based on the agreed investments.

• You will analyze and periodically monitor the results of the investment allocated to the different paid channels.

• You will share the results with the different teams in the area and analyze them in order to provide improvement proposals and solutions that optimize the department's and company's budget to achieve the set objectives.

• Focus and analysis of results across the different countries, lines, media and different business categories.

• You will carry out reviews and feedback on sales forecasts that help optimize and grow the online business internationally.

• You will be in constant knowledge and contact with the other Performance Marketing and SEO, Finance, Communication and Digital Business Analytics departments, with whom you will generate synergies.

• Education in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Digital Marketing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a financial digital marketing expert.

• Upper-intermediate level of English.

• You should be a responsible, organized, critical, analytical, dynamic, results-oriented person who enjoys working in a team and is eager to learn.

Buscamos un/a Finance Performance Marketing Expert para el área de Online & Ecommerce, en nuestro equipo de Performance Marketing & SEO GEO.

TU NUEVO PUESTO

Tu objetivo será la responsabilidad y gestión de un presupuesto muy alto de marketing digital, control, monitorización, optimización y facturación del área, liderar estrategias óptimas de media-mix y la visualización y atribución correcta de los resultados.

• Elaborarás el Budget anual del departamento.

• Generación de estimaciones de resultados en base a las inversiones acordadas.

• Analizarás y monitorizarás los resultados periódicamente de la inversión destinada en los diferentes canales de pago.

• Compartirás los resultados con los diferentes equipos del área y analizando con el fin de proporcionar propuestas de mejora y soluciones que optimicen el presupuesto del departamento y compañía para conseguir los objetivos marcados.

• Foco y análisis de los resultados en los diferentes diferentes países, líneas, medios y diferentes categorías del negocio.

• Realizarás revisiones y feedback de previsiones de venta que ayuden a optimizar y crecer el negocio online a nivel internacional.

• Estarás en constante conocimiento y relación con los otros departamentos de Performance Marketing y SEO, Finanzas, Comunicación y Digital Business Analytics con los que generarás sinergias.

• Formación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería o Marketing Digital.

• Experiencia de mínimo 5 años como experto en marketing digital financiero.

• Nivel medio-alto de inglés.

• Que seas una persona responsable, organizada, crítica, analítica, dinámica, orientada a resultados, que le guste trabajar en equipo y con muchas ganas de aprender.
