The role
We are looking for a Floor Manager for our MANGO store located in the Lagoh CC in Seville.
What you'll do
- Manage the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
- Supervise inventory, sales promotion, and the maintenance of the store's appearance.
- Implement commercialization, financial administration, and supervision of the sales staff.
- Ensure the execution of all organizational policies to achieve projected sales and profit objectives.
- Advise and direct department management to resolve operational problems and improve department performance and conditions.
