- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar.
- Knowledge of Pricing and experience in project management and team coordination. You have an analytical profile and provide strategic business vision.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business-BI/Data-IT project management.
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring skills. To be able to manage multiple projects in cross-functional environments, working with professionals of different profiles.
- You communicate clearly and concisely. You are capable of searching for, rigorously analyzing, and synthesizing strategic information in a structured way for decision-making.
- Capable of establishing collaborative relationships and persuading others, being demanding within a positive and motivating environment.
- You are oriented towards continuous improvement and operational excellence.

YOUR NEW ROLE
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Pricing team.
What you'll do
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission will be to lead transformation projects within the Pricing team. These are cross-functional projects that require collaboration with different business units with the objective of developing the necessary tools to transform Mango into a leading company in price management.

- You will be responsible for the roadmap of new Pricing capabilities. You will build, prioritize, and maintain, in collaboration with the rest of the business and the team, the list of Pricing projects, initiatives, and improvement opportunities at Mango.
- You will lead the development, management, launch, and implementation of new pricing tools and processes necessary to improve the company's price management.
- You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating the execution and collaboration of Business, IT, and Advanced Analytics teams.
