Kids Girl & Baby Girl Design Manager

• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or similar.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in the fashion sector, preferably in children's fashion.
• Global knowledge of all fabrics that make up a collection.
• Demonstrable experience in product development, origins, suppliers, and materials.
• Experience in development trips to the main producing countries.
• Ability to handle briefings and structure collections in a solid manner.
• Structured, organized, responsible profile that is demanding regarding results.
• High capacity for organization and project follow-up.
• Proactivity and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, AI...)
• Fluent English.

We are looking for a Design Manager for the Girl and Baby Girl lines, passionate about children's fashion, with high aesthetic sensitivity, strategic vision, and great enthusiasm to be part of a growing creative team.

The selected person will have a key role in making things happen, accompanying the creative process from the initial creation phase alongside their manager, through to the final development of the collection, providing support and leadership to the design team.

They will have support and continuous training from their manager throughout the entire process, with the goal of growing within the role and the team.

• Coordinate closely with the Creative Direction during the collection creation phase.
• Provide support and guidance to the design team to ensure the correct execution of the set objectives.
• Lead the development of the Girl and Baby Girl lines, guaranteeing creative and product coherence.
• Manage and develop clear and structured briefings.
• Build and follow up on the collection structure, ensuring balance between families and commercial needs.
• Guarantee compliance with established objectives, timings, and calendars.
• Ensure a high level of demand regarding detail and product quality.
• Work with deep knowledge of collection families, origins, suppliers, and raw materials.
• Participate in development trips to the main origins (India, China, Bangladesh, among others).
• Maintain fluid, clear, and two-way communication with the team and their manager.
