The role

We are looking for a Senior Womenswear Trend Researcher & Designer responsible for identifying emerging trends and converting them into fast-execution capsule collections, combining creativity, commercial vision, and a multi-category approach.

You will be part of an international and creative environment within the fashion sector.

What you'll do

Trend, competitor, and consumer behavior research and analysis.
Development of fast-response capsule collections.
Product design across multiple womenswear categories.
Creation of moodboards, color palettes, and fabric direction.
Coordination with Buying, Product, and Sourcing teams.
Sample tracking and product development.
