HR Intern (Italian)

• Degree in Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Business Management, or similar.
• Languages: Advanced Italian and English, advanced Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to sign an agreement with the University.

You will be responsible for the management and administration of the labor relations of our stores at an international level, ensuring processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with current legislation.

• Handling inquiries and conflict resolution.
• Application of current labor legislation in labor relations.
• Social Security management.
• Management of employee registrations and terminations, as well as the drafting of contracts.
• Management of social insurance, mutual insurance companies, and personal income tax (IRPF). Support to the different departments of the company to optimize resources and processes and to advise on HR-related matters.
• Payroll management and processing of payments.
• Management of necessary procedures relating to personnel and institutions.
