The role

Your objective will be to ensure the correct execution of all logistical processes, offering excellent service at an operational level that allows for the fulfillment of the agreed sales strategy.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you'll do

You will prepare Shipping Plans with the commercial team, ensuring product availability at the planned time.
You will manage shipments on the customer's platform and maintain product information files.
You will calculate and analyze KPIs to guarantee correct compliance with customer requirements and avoid penalties.
You will work with the Supply Chain departments (Logistics, Distribution, Logistics Planning, Import/Export/Transport, IT,...) to ensure that shipments are carried out according to the Plan.
You will provide support in sample management according to customer needs.

ABOUT YOU

That you have a degree in Engineering, ADE, Business Administration, or similar.
That you bring a high level of Excel.
2 years of experience in a similar position.
A high level of English is essential, and knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
