• University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, or similar.
• High level of English.
• Experience and knowledge of financial analysis and accounting.
• Deep knowledge of the fundamentals of credit analysis and the main metrics used for risk assessment.
• Knowledge of financial markets, the banking sector, and other financial entities.
• Knowledge of financial products, including repos, derivatives, and associated documentation (GMSLA, GMRA, ISDA standards), as well as complex financing structures.
• Ability to identify risks and anticipate possible deteriorations in credit quality.
• Advanced level technical economic-financial analysis capacity.
• Proficiency in computer tools and the Office suite.
• Analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

• Master's in Quantitative Finance, FRM certification, or similar training.
• Knowledge of French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.

Credit Risk Analyst (M/F/X) At Manpower, we are selecting a Credit Risk Analyst (M/F/X) to join a major entity in the financial sector located in Madrid.

We are looking for a person with solid experience in financial and credit analysis, the capacity to evaluate complex risks, and the ability to operate in international environments. You will have the opportunity to participate in risk admission processes, the analysis of institutional and sovereign clients, as well as strategic projects within the Risk area.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Risk analysis of IFI (International Financial Institutions) clients and sovereign entities.
• Execution and monitoring of client credit ratings.
• Analysis of credit proposals and evaluation of risk operations.
• Presentation of analyses and operations in Rating Forums and Risk Committees.
• Allocation and monitoring of risk limits.
• Preparation of credit ratings based on internal models.
• Monitoring and control of the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with limits, deadlines, and internal procedures.
• Analysis and admission of financing and risk operations.
• Participation in cross-functional projects within the Risk area.
• Ensuring alignment between business needs and the authorized risk framework.

• Full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, with flexible entry between 08:00 and 09:00 and departure after completing the daily working day. On Fridays, there is the possibility of finishing the working day earlier.
