Would you like to develop your career in the Quality Control area within a pharmaceutical company? We are looking for a QC Analyst - In-process Control to join a laboratory located in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Guarantee product quality by performing analytical controls, managing samples, and correctly documenting results, ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures.

• Perform quality controls through physical, chemical, and visual analysis of products.
• Prepare, register, store, and manage samples, guaranteeing their correct traceability.
• Handle, verify, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Prepare reagents, standards, and solutions necessary for the analyses.
• Register and document activities, results, and analytical data in LIMS systems and associated documentation.
• Manage laboratory waste in accordance with current procedures.
• Control the stock and expiration of reagents, standards, and laboratory materials.
• Perform calculations associated with analytical procedures and ensure the reliability of results.
• Investigate and communicate incidents, deviations, and out-of-specification results (OOS/OOT/OOE), collaborating in their resolution.
• Prepare reports and summaries of analytical data when necessary.
• Participate in validations and transfers of analytical methods under supervision.
• Use specialized laboratory software and guarantee the integrity of the recorded data.
• Provide support to the Production and Quality departments in the management of incidents and process controls.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and the correct use of facilities, materials, and PPE.
