• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Analysis and Quality Control or similar.
• Previous experience as a Quality Control Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry.

Would you like to be part of a major pharmaceutical company and develop your career in the Quality Control area? We are looking for a QC Analyst - Packaging Materials to join the quality laboratory of a leading company in the sector located in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

• Perform quality analyses and controls of packaging materials in accordance with current specifications, methods, and procedures.
• Manage samples for analysis, including registration, storage, traceability, and associated documentation.
• Handle, verify, calibrate, clean, and perform basic maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Prepare reagents and materials necessary for the execution of analyses.
• Register, review, and archive analytical documentation and data generated in computer systems, including LIMS Labvantage.
• Control the stock and expiration of reagents, standards, and laboratory materials.
• Perform basic calculations and reports related to analytical activity.
• Manage waste generated in the laboratory following established procedures.
• Investigate, document, and communicate incidents, deviations, and out-of-specification results (OOS/OOT/OOE).
• Evaluate and identify defects or anomalies in packaging materials, notifying the corresponding managers.
• Participate in the qualification of new suppliers, insourcing projects, and other activities assigned by the Quality Control area.
• Collaborate in workflows and projects related to packaging materials, providing the required documentation and information.
• Guarantee the correct use of facilities, materials, and PPE, maintaining the order and cleanliness of the laboratory.
• Organize and execute analytical activities according to the planning established by the Quality Control area.
