Do you have experience as a Quality Control Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry and would you like to be part of a leading company in the sector? We are looking for a QC Analyst - Raw Materials to join the laboratory of a major pharmaceutical company located in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

• Perform physical and chemical analyses and visual controls of raw materials and products, following current procedures and regulations.
• Manage the complete sample cycle: sampling, registration, storage, preservation, traceability, and analysis.
• Prepare reagents, standards, and solutions necessary for the execution of tests.
• Handle, verify, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Register, manage, and archive analytical documentation and data in computer systems, including LIMS Labvantage and other analytical software.
• Control the stock and expiration dates of reagents, standards, and laboratory materials.
• Perform calculations associated with analytical procedures and prepare basic reports.
• Manage waste generated in the laboratory in accordance with established procedures.
• Investigate, document, and communicate incidents, deviations, and out-of-specification results (OOS/OOT/OOE).
• Participate in validations and transfers of analytical methods under supervision.
• Guarantee the correct use of facilities, materials, and PPE, maintaining the order and cleanliness of the laboratory.
• Collaborate with the Quality and Production departments in resolving incidents and in decision-making related to analytical controls.
