At Manpower, we are looking to hire an Administrative Teleoperator for a company specializing in the management of services and files related to the insurance sector. If you are an organized person, with good communication skills and experience in insurance companies, brokerages, or insurance-related businesses, this could be your opportunity. Main Functions Telephone assistance to customers, policyholders, and collaborators. Receiving and making calls for file follow-up. Administrative management and data updating in internal applications. Coordination and follow-up of incidents and customer requests. Review and validation of documentation related to policies and claims. Contact with insurance companies, loss adjusters, repairers, and other providers. Resolution of inquiries and support in the daily management of the department. Requirements Previous experience in telephone assistance and administrative tasks. Experience in the insurance sector (insurance companies, brokerages, assistance companies, or claims management). Knowledge of policies, coverage, files, or administrative processing related to insurance. Good command of IT tools and management applications. Ability to organize, attention to detail, and management of multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication skills and customer orientation. Previous experience in claims processing is valued. We offer An initial 3-month contract with a real possibility of joining the permanent staff. Full-time. Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 19:00, with 1 hour for lunch. Salary: €9.72 gross/hour.
