Production Team Leader | Operational Profile / Villabona (M/F/D) 🔎 Are you motivated by leading teams in a dynamic industrial environment? We are looking for a Team Leader for an outsourcing service on-site, specializing in part verification and quality control. A key position where you will have autonomy, responsibility, and direct contact with the client, ensuring that the entire production process functions with efficiency, quality, and safety. Functions: Coordinate and supervise the production team during the shift. Organize the workload and distribute tasks according to production needs. Resolve day-to-day technical and organizational incidents. Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Supervise manufacturing processes and ensure the correct functioning of operations. Provide support to the team in productive tasks when necessary. Monitor production indicators and propose process improvements. Maintain fluid communication with management and other departments. What are we looking for in you? Previous experience as a Team Leader, Workshop Foreman, Production Manager, or similar in industrial environments. A very operational profile, accustomed to leading teams from the workshop and not from an office. Experience working directly in production and using industrial machinery. Experience in workshops with conventional or old machinery is valued, where practical experience and adaptability are fundamental. Ability to combine coordination and leadership tasks with operational work when production requires it. Knowledge of production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Ability to resolve incidents and make decisions agilely. A person close to the team, resourceful, with initiative and a results orientation. Experience in sectors such as metal, boilermaking, machining, metal transformation, or industrial manufacturing is valued. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Salary of €2,485 gross/month. Quarterly incentives linked to KPI fulfillment. Full-time, Monday to Friday. Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00).
