You will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of the production machinery, ensuring process quality and contributing to the achievement of the plant's production objectives.

• Handling, supervision, and control of industrial machinery.
• Adjustment and setup of equipment to guarantee product performance and quality.
• Control of the production process and detection of possible incidents.
• Performing operational adjustments and correcting small deviations during production.
• Recording of production data, incidents, and machine downtime.
• Execution of basic preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordination with the Production and Maintenance departments to optimize equipment operation.
• Compliance with quality, safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the work area.

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in similar positions within the industrial sector.
• Knowledge in the handling and adjustment of production machinery.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational incidents.
• Availability to work rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with internal regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and effective communication during shift changes.
