Management Assistant They are looking for a person to become Carles's natural successor, learning the business from the ground up to progressively assume key management and coordination functions. Main functions: Data analysis and business control using advanced Excel (pivot tables, analysis, monitoring of margins and commissions). Intensive use of Sage 200 to extract and analyze information. Preparation of budgets and commercial follow-up. Purchasing management and stock control. Production planning and prioritization. Coordination of logistics and transport. Customer service and incident resolution. Ideal profile: Highly analytical, oriented toward numbers and detail. Advanced Excel is essential. High commitment and an "owner mentality." Good rapport with both the office and the warehouse and factory. Patient, adaptable, and eager to grow in the long term. Previous experience in the sector is not essential. What they especially value: Initiative to create tools and improve processes. Important commercial component. Ability to relate to all types of interlocutors. Experience in industrial environments, distribution, or management control. Onboarding plan: First year focused on administrative tasks and learning the business. Getting to know customers and accompanying the sales representative. Assuming purchasing, analysis, and operational coordination. Evolving toward a position close to management. Conditions: Salary: €40,000. Variable: starting from the second year. Schedule: 7:30-13:30 and 15:30-18:00 (M-Th) and Friday 7:30-13:30. A stable, long-term project.
