Essential requirement: training in chemistry or certification in pharmaceutical product manufacturing and related fields (or derivatives).

• Temporary contract through Manpower.
• 1 person training in the morning shift (06h to 14h) and subsequently will move to the 18h to 02h shift.
• 1 person training in the afternoon shift (14h to 22h) and subsequently will move to the 18h to 02h shift.
• Salary conditions according to the chemical industry collective agreement.

At Manpower, we are selecting Production and Packaging Operators for a renowned company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona).

 Observe health, safety, and environmental protection measures at the workplace.

 Execution of production programs according to needs planning.

 Autonomous organization in the use of equipment and human resources for the performance and achievement of the necessary production processes.

 Comply, according to the training received, with the instructions reflected in the manufacturing guides corresponding to the processes executed.

 Comply, according to the training received, with the instructions reflected in the work procedures corresponding to the processes executed.

 Perform process controls according to the manufacturing guide and procedures necessary to guarantee the quality of the products and processes performed.

 Perform the necessary sampling of the manufacturing processes executed according to the manufacturing guide and procedures.

 Communicate to the Quality Assurance and Production Technician and, where appropriate, interrupt any process performed where parameters do not adjust to what has been established.

 Perform the described processes according to the work ranges defined in the manufacturing guides and procedures.

 Collaborate and work in a team with maintenance members to perform necessary format changes, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

 Work in a team with the objective of improving processes in the areas of quality, efficiency, and safety.

 Communicate with supervisors for the management of material needs and the review of production priorities.

 Participate in investigations/change controls and complaints.

 Generate the primary data written in manufacturing guides and attach the generated records to the batch documentation.

 Perform the checking or verification of critical process parameters according to the processes performed.

 Communicate incidents, defects, and relevant aspects among operators of the same and different production shifts.

 Communicate defects caused in equipment and facilities to supervisors for their resolution.

 Follow and generate the primary data necessary for the measurement of indicators related to quality, efficiency, and service.
