Receptionist with English (m/f/x) Receptionist Do you like interacting with people and do you enjoy creating an excellent first impression? We are looking for an organized, proactive person with a service vocation to join our team as a Receptionist. Main functions Reception and assistance to visitors, clients, and suppliers. Management and filtering of telephone calls. Coordination and preparation of meeting rooms. Management of correspondence, messaging, and parcels. Support in administrative tasks and document management. Coordination with suppliers and office services. Handling general inquiries from employees and collaborators. Maintenance of an orderly and professional reception area. Compliance with internal security and confidentiality procedures. Requirements Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration. English level B2 (oral and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. Ability for organization, multitasking, and attention to detail. Proactive attitude, discretion, and professionalism.
