Parcel Delivery Driver Ourense (M/F/X)
Do you enjoy driving, being on the road, and having your own space? This opportunity is made for you: a stable, dynamic job where every day will be different and you'll be the one behind the wheel (literally and figuratively).
You'll set off from the Pereiro de Aguiar industrial estate with your route already prepared and the van ready to go. You'll deliver in the city of Ourense and surrounding towns.
What do we offer?
· Initial contract of 38 hours per week for 1 month, with extensions and renewals based on performance and workload
· Work from Monday to Sunday, with days off according to a weekly schedule.
· Usual shift starting at 10:00-10:30 until the route is finished. Typical routes of 7-9 hours.
· Easy-to-learn position, no experience required. With just 1 day of training, you'll know how everything works and start with confidence from day one.
· Immediate start and real continuity.
· Hourly wage of €10/hour gross.
Your day-to-day will look like this:
· You'll start from the logistics center in Ourense, loading the van and the optimized route.
· You'll make deliveries in Ourense and nearby towns.
· You'll coordinate with the team in case of any incidents, but you'll have the autonomy to move at your own pace.
What will help you shine in this role:
· Having held your driving license for at least 1 year and having 8 points or more. It will be your daily tool, so having experience and a good record will make you feel more confident.
· You don't need previous delivery experience. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your attitude.
· Being able to get to the workplace in Ourense every day. The van is picked up and returned there each day, so it's important that you can get there on your own.
· Availability to complete training and start soon. Training is brief (1 day) and prepares you to start with confidence.
· Having a responsible, solution-oriented attitude. Here we value willingness and commitment more than résumés.
· You'll thrive if you enjoy route work and autonomy. If you prefer being on the move, avoiding offices, and setting your own pace, this job will suit you.
Can you picture yourself in this role?
If you're looking for stability, flexibility, and a hands-on job where you're in control, this could be your next stop.
