• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing administration, order management, or logistics coordination.
• B2 level of English for regular communication with international suppliers.
• Experience working with ERP and good proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
• Organized, methodical and detail-oriented profile.
• Communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in sectors related to furniture, interior design, office equipment, or construction.
• Knowledge of Navision or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience coordinating assembly or installation teams.
• Experience in projects with multiple suppliers and phased deliveries.

• Permanent contract.
• Salary range between €28,000 and €32,000 gross per year, depending on the experience provided.
• Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00 h and Friday until 14:00 h.

Guarantee that each order progresses correctly from its confirmation to delivery and assembly, maintaining fluid communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams, anticipating incidents, and ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

• Register and manage sales and purchase orders.
• Process purchase orders to national and international suppliers.
• Review supplier confirmations, verifying references, quantities, finishes, prices, and delivery dates.
• Perform follow-up on orders and manufacturing deadlines.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers, carriers, clients, and internal teams.
• Prepare delivery notes and documentation associated with deliveries.
• Organize and assign assembly teams according to needs and planning.
• Facilitate the necessary documentation for each installation.
• Keep information updated in the ERP and management systems.
• Manage and resolve incidents related to orders, deliveries, or assemblies.
