Salary of €22,500 gross per year plus €165.75 monthly in Restaurant Vouchers.

At Manpower Especializaciones, we are looking for a Customer Care Professional Premium Merchant with German and English (M/F/X) profile.

• Provide support for the service needs of the Premium Merchant, Multi-Currency, and Third-Party Partner segments on a global level.
• Manage and provide support to merchants managed centrally by clients.
• Support additional operational functions when necessary to help the team maintain optimal service levels.
• Adapt to different customer segments, processes, and working hours to cover business needs.
• Provide service through multiple channels, including telephone (inbound and outbound calls), email, and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries and incidents from merchants and internal partners effectively and agilely, minimizing the impact on the customer experience.
• Anticipate customer needs and take proactive measures to satisfy and resolve them.
• Maintain efficient communication with merchants and internal collaborators to ensure an excellent service experience.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with different business areas to ensure a consistent, top-tier customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience and reduce recurring incidents through lasting solutions.
• Work with a high degree of agility and show interest in continuous learning and the acquisition of new knowledge.

You will start with an initial 6-month contract, with real possibilities of renewal and continuity.

You will work in a hybrid format: two days remote and three days in person in offices located in the IFEMA area.

Working days from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hours.
