Payroll Manager (M/F/D)

At Manpower Professional Recruitment, we are looking for a Payroll Manager (M/F/D) to join on a permanent basis a leading multinational company in the food service and facilities management sector, with an international presence and a highly professionalized environment.

The position is based in Barcelona, in modern, well-connected central offices.

What you'll do

• Leadership, coordination, and development of a team of approximately 20 payroll technicians.

• Supervision and validation of the full payroll cycle, ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines.

• Management of labor incidents (IT, absenteeism, variables, adjustments, maternity/paternity leave, etc.).

• Coordination of monthly closings, payments, reconciliation, and accounting entries.

• Application and interpretation of labor, tax, and Social Security regulations.

• Liaison with internal stakeholders and support in audits and labor inspections.

• Management of multiple companies and collective bargaining agreements.

• Work with the SAP ERP in its Payroll module.
