The role

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician (M/F/X) to join a leading company located in Beneixama, with a dynamic, modern environment oriented towards continuous improvement.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Execute repairs guaranteeing maximum equipment availability.
Supervise and verify the correct functioning of motors, pumps, sensors, actuators, and electrical panels.
Recording all maintenance interventions and keeping technical documentation up to date.
Collaborate closely with production to minimize downtime.
Apply and comply with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement actions to optimize processes and increase plant efficiency.

🎯 What are we looking for?

Vocational Training in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or similar.
Previous experience in industrial maintenance.
Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
Ability to analyze faults and find effective solutions.
Commitment to safety and good working practices.
Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
Availability to work in shifts or perform on-call duties when operations require it.
Valuable training in OSH, working at heights, electricity, or related certifications.
