Maintenance Technician - Afternoon Shift

• Vocational training (Intermediate or Higher Grade) in areas such as Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity, or similar.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance (preventive and corrective) in production environments.
• Solid knowledge in mechanics (bearings, transmissions, alignments, couplings) and industrial electricity.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Competence in the use of tools and diagnostic equipment common in maintenance.
• Knowledge of automation at an intervention level (sensors, actuators, drives, or control elements).
• Availability to work the afternoon shift and adapt to production needs.
• Commitment to safety: correct use of PPE, respect for procedures, and safe work in the plant.
• Communication skills to coordinate with production and report incidents in a clear and orderly manner.

• Valuable driver's license or training in occupational risk prevention (PRL) and/or working in industrial environments.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring their availability and reliability.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and/or automation faults, executing repairs and adjustments following safety criteria.
• Interpret technical documentation (manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and procedures) to intervene with precision.
• Verify the operation of systems following intervention and record actions according to internal standards.
• Collaborate in improving maintenance efficiency through failure analysis and optimization proposals.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of scheduled shutdowns, coordinating tasks and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Apply and respect safety, quality, and environmental regulations during all job activities.
• Manage spare parts and tools for regular use, contributing to the correct availability of materials.
