Architect

At Des de Paul Marçal, we are collaborating with an important construction company located in the Girona area that is currently looking to hire an ARCHITECT / PROJECT ARCHITECT.

·Drafting the complete architectural project (preliminary design, basic design, and execution design) for industrial and logistics buildings.

·Providing technical support to the commercial team, preparing drawings and proposals for client bids.

·Conducting feasibility studies and site layout plans, optimizing buildable area, access, loading docks, and usable space.

·Ensuring compliance with urban planning regulations, the Technical Building Code (CTE), and industrial fire safety regulations (RSCIEI).

·Coordinating the design, working with the engineering department and the mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers.

In collaboration with the team and under the direction of the technical management, the selected person will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks:

·Degree in Architecture or similar (a master's degree in architecture is valued).

·Experience or knowledge in drafting building projects, with experience in industrial or logistics construction being valued.

·Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools (Revit, Allplan, or Archicad).

·An organized, decisive person with a technical mindset focused on optimization.

·Availability to work in the province of Girona.

·Redactaràs el projecte arquitectònic complet (avantprojecte, projecte bàsic i projecte executiu) d'edificis industrials i logístics.

·Donaràs suport tècnic a l'equip comercial, elaborant plànols i propostes per a les ofertes a client.

·Realitzaràs l'estudi de viabilitat i la implantació al terreny, optimitzant l'edificabilitat, els accessos, els molls de càrrega i la superfície útil.

·Garantiràs el compliment de la normativa urbanística, el CTE i la normativa de seguretat contra incendis industrial (RSCIEI).

·Coordinaràs el disseny, treballant amb l'àrea d'enginyeria i amb els tècnics d'instal·lacions i estructura.

En col·laboració amb l'equip i en dependència de la direcció tècnica, la persona seleccionada s'encarregarà de dur a terme les següents tasques::

·Disposes del grau d'Arquitectura o similar (valorable màster habilitant)

·Tens experiència o coneixement en la redacció de projectes d'edificació, valorant-se l'experiència en edificació industrial o logística

·Domines AutoCAD i eines BIM (Revit, Allplan o Archicad)

·Ets una persona ordenada, resolutiva i amb visió tècnica orientada a l'optimització

·Tens disponibilitat per treballar a la província de Girona
