At Paul Marlex we are collaborating with the Fundació Hospital d'Olot i Comarcal de la Garrotxa, a non-profit healthcare organization made up of more than 600 professionals which, due to its commitment to implementing a people-oriented culture, needs to bring in a PEOPLE & CULTURE MANAGER with experience as an HRBP or as a Talent Manager in a People department within an end-user company.

What you'll do

Reporting directly to the institution's Management – General Management, and forming part of the Executive Committee, the main tasks of the selected candidate will focus on:

  • Defining and rolling out the People and Organizational Development strategy, aligning it with the organization's objectives, after analyzing the current state of the organization in terms of culture, climate, engagement, and professional experience, turning diagnoses and proposals into concrete, measurable actions.
  • Leading cultural and organizational transformation processes, promoting collaborative working models and a culture based on trust, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Driving talent development initiatives, identifying internal potential, fostering professional growth, and taking part in defining actions aimed at strengthening the attraction of new talent.
  • Designing and implementing retention and engagement policies for professionals, enhancing an attractive employee value proposition.
  • Supporting the management team and line managers in people management, acting as a strategic partner in leadership, development, and change management.
  • Actively participating in identifying training needs and proposals related to the internal training of professionals.
  • Leading organizational development policies, performance management, training, well-being, and employee experience, driving initiatives that foster a better working climate, motivation, and engagement.
  • Defining and monitoring the main people management indicators, analyzing data to support decision-making and drive improvement actions.

What we're looking for

You are our ideal candidate if...

  • You have training in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Sciences, and/or similar, with additional training in people management and leadership.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in people management and leadership tasks, in an HR department within an end-user company, holding positions such as HRBP, Talent Manager, or similar.
  • You have led or participated in cultural and organizational transformation projects, you are used to working with HR indicators, and you have also carried out talent management planning and development.
  • You reside close to the center.
  • You are an empathetic, proactive, and adaptable person, you practice active listening, you have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team; you enjoy direct contact with people, you have leadership skills and you like challenges, working collaboratively and acting in a coordinated manner.
